Uninterrupted hands
The phone rings all day. It does not get answered mid-foil. Whoever is in the chair is the only thing happening.
Both girls are hustlers, they do not interrupt their work to pick up their phone (which rings ALOT).

Neighborhood price
The room is clean and unfussy and the money goes into the work rather than the furniture. You hear the price before anything starts.
Everyone is very surprised by the cost of her work as it is high quality but very affordable.

Lori and Besa do a beautiful work, they listen to what service you want and discuss it with you. Everytime I have a great experience and come out of the salon happy with their services. Done highlights, haircuts, hair styling and toner.
One of my colleagues kindly shared this hidden gem. That was almost 9 years ago. Bessa consistently exhibits respect and realism in addressing my daughter's requests. She goes the extra mile to ensure that my daughter's hair remains healthy and strong.
This place gave me the best hair cut I've had in years. Highly recommend. It was fast and affordable and I am usually picky but I had no comments or complaints for Lori while she cut my hair.
These girls HUSTLE!!!..always a great experience....I recommend to any guy...girl...young..old..they've got it going in

Is Eagle's Hair Care Salon open today?
Monday through Friday we open at 8:00 AM and close at 8:00 PM. Saturday is 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We are closed Sunday. Eight in the morning is early for a salon, so if you would rather have color done before work than after it, the door is open.
How do I book an appointment at Eagle's Hair Care Salon?
By phone. (847) 675-8160. No app, no account, no deposit. We answer between clients rather than mid-service, which is the same reason nobody stops working on your hair to take a call. If it rings out we are with someone. Try again in ten minutes and you will get a person.
How much is a haircut or color at Eagle's?
We quote at the chair, because it depends on your length and what is already on your hair. Call and ask, and you will get a straight number before anything starts.
Who is the best stylist at Eagle's Hair Care Salon?
Ask for a person by name. Besa, sometimes spelled Bessa, does color and cutting. Lori, sometimes spelled Laurie, does highlights, blonde work and growing gray out. Tonya does nails. Call and tell us what you are after and we will put you with the right pair of hands.
Do you do bridal, prom and party hair in Skokie?
Yes. Veils, hair combs, braided updos, dressed sets and whole parties. Call well ahead for a wedding date and ask what time we can start. We open at 8:00 AM on weekdays.
Do you do balayage and highlights?
Yes, along with root touch-ups, toner and gloss, and gray blending. Bring photographs of what you want and you will get a straight answer about how long it takes and what it will do to your hair.
Do you cut men's hair and children's hair?
Yes, both. Whole families come in together.
Do you do keratin treatments and straightening?
Keratin treatment, permanent straightening and perms, plus extensions and weaves. Call and describe your hair before you book one of these, because the time involved varies a great deal.
Do you do nails as well as hair?
Yes. Manicures and pedicures in the same room. Ask for Tonya.
